The Ops UI is restricted to existing platform users with eitherPlatformOperatorReadOnlyorPlatformOperatorAdmin. There is no self-service registration flow in this console.
Operator onboarding happens elsewhere: create or redeem a regular platform invite, then have an existing operator assign a platform operator role in the Access section.
